“Books lead to kindness”
🤩 In the Information Resource Center of Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, with the participation of members of the “Active Reader” club, a competition was held between teams based on the famous work of English writer D. Defoe “Robinson Crusoe and his adventures” and the famous work of Uzbek writer G'. G'ulom “Shum bola”.
✅ It was noted that the work of the great representative of our literature G'afur G'ulom “Shum bola” is of great importance in forming respect for national values, resilience against life's trials, honesty, and a sense of humor in students. During the event, excerpts from the work were staged by the students.
✨ It was emphasized that the work “Robinson Crusoe and his adventures” is not only rich in adventures, but also teaches the unbreakable will of man, diligence, learning the laws of nature, and that one should never lose hope in any difficult situation. The competition turned into a conversation full of exchange of views and reflections. Students learned information they did not know from each other.
