Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2021 "Increasing the level of coverage of students with accommodation in the higher education institutions of the Republic
Decision No. 563 "On measures" was adopted. This decision stipulates the construction of student residences by attracting private investments on the basis of public-private partnership.
Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute was presented with an initiative proposal, including a project concept, by the private entrepreneur "NEW HOUSE CITY" LLC. In this project, it is planned to build and organize the activities of a student accommodation building for 400 places on the territory of Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute (0.3 hectares).
Selection of a private partner for the project is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Public-Private Partnership" and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan
It will be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the decision No. 259 of April 26, 2020 "On improving the procedure for the implementation of public-private partnership projects".
