Based on the task of the management, a working group was formed and the need for student accommodation (TTJ) of Gulistan Pedagogical Institute was studied. The institute has student accommodation with 400 seats. Of these, 200 places are allocated to students of the Faculty of Pedagogy, and 200 places to students of the Faculty of Social and Humanities. Currently, 225 first-year students, 106 second-year students and 69 third-year students live in the dormitory. TTJ has 4 kitchens, a library, 4 laundry and ironing rooms, more than 4 washrooms and toilets. Measures have been taken to comply with the rules of sanitation, hygiene and fire safety, as well as to ensure the safety of students. In particular, the fire extinguishers were disinfected and inspected. Provided with an engineering-communication system, utility bills were made on time. Washrooms, toilets, study halls, libraries, sports hall are ready for students, five initiative circles have been established. Action plans for the academic year were developed by educators-pedagogues and approved by the management, and work activities of educators-pedagogues were organized at TTJ. The order of the rector of the institute was issued on placement in the TTJ, and a working group was formed based on the order. A procedure for placement in TTJ was developed and transparency was ensured by following the procedure. In addition, the issue of allocating housing for women was decided to be separately considered by female members of the Working Group. First of all, priority is given to orphans, orphans, low-income people, disabled people of groups I and II, families with two or more children studying on a contract, and 1st-year students. The amount of payment for living in TTJ is considered by the Council of the institute and set at 170,000 (one hundred and seventy thousand) soums per month. In terms of fees, students belonging to certain social groups (disabled persons of groups 1 and 2 due to eye diseases, real orphans or orphans, children of the orphanage, low-income students, etc.) are exempted from payment based on the order of the rector. released.
