Scientific activity

Candidates who have:

- candidate of science or doctor of philosophy (PhD) or equivalent scientific degrees obtained in foreign countries;

- publication in scientific journals that can form the basis of dissertation research for obtaining the degree of candidate of science or doctor of philosophy (PhD) or other equivalent scientific degrees, including achieving significant scientific achievements, including obtaining the degree of doctor of science (DSc) to have at least three published scientific articles and at least two theses in scientific-practical conferences, seminars and collections of scientific works on relevant scientific fields.

    Candidates for doctoral studies shall submit the following documents to scientific organizations or educational institutions:

• application;
• brief biographical information;
• a certified copy of the labor record book (for working applicants);
• a copy of the diploma of higher education, candidate of science or doctor of philosophy (PhD) or an equivalent scientific degree in foreign countries;
• a scientific report on the research topic and a detailed draft of the doctoral dissertation plan prepared for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc);
• the list of published scientific works, as well as their copies.
• a national or equivalent international certificate in foreign languages, including a national or equivalent international certificate of at least C1 level in philological fields, and a national or equivalent international certificate of B2 level in non-philological fields.
