ATTENTION OF ENTREPRENEURS AND INVESTORS!

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 563 dated September 9, 2021 “On measures to increase the level of student accommodation in higher educational institutions of the Republic” was adopted. This resolution stipulates the construction of student dormitories on the basis of public-private partnership by attracting private investments.

The Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute was submitted an initiative proposal, including a project concept, by the private initiative “MEGAMIR STROY 55” LLC. This project plans to construct and organize the operation of a student dormitory for 400 places on the territory of the Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute (0.3 hectares).

The selection of a private partner for the project will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 720 dated October 30, 2024 “On measures to further improve and comprehensively systematize the sphere of public-private partnership”.
