Responsibilities
Main Objectives:
Protect employees’ labor rights and legitimate interests.
Promote improved working conditions and occupational safety.
Provide financial and moral support to employees.
Organize recreation, health improvement, and cultural activities for employees.
Monitor the implementation of the collective agreement and labor agreements.
Strengthen solidarity, mutual understanding, and social partnership within the staff.
About
Purpose: To protect the labor and socio-economic rights and legitimate interests of employees and academic staff of Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, ensure decent working conditions, and provide social support.
