In connection with the introduction of certain named state scholarships for talented students of higher educational institutions in accordance with the relevant decree of the President, the Decree No. PF-555 of February 5, 1993 was amended (https://lex.uz/docs/189598). .
According to it, paragraph 2 of this decree was edited, and the list of named state scholarships in the section of directions was updated.
In particular, in accordance with the decisions of the President No. PQ-414 and No. PQ-20, scholarships named after Pahlavon Mahmud were included in the list in the fields of history and geography - Babur, physical culture and sports, and their number reached 12.
The list of named state scholarships in the section of directions:
▪️ in technical directions - Beruniy;
▫️ in medical directions - Ibn Sina;
▪️ in humanitarian directions - Navoi;
▫️ in the areas of fine and practical art and design - Kamoliddin Behzod;
▪️ in natural directions - Ulugbek;
▫️ in the field of cinematography - Khudoybergan Devonov;
▪️ in history and geography - Babur;
▫️ in the fields of physical education and sports - Pahlavon Mahmud;
▪️ at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan - Imam al-Bukhari;
▫️ In universities in Karakalpakstan - Tolepbergen Qaipbergenov and Ibrayim Yusupov;
▪️ in all directions - state scholarships named after Islam Karimov.
