“One intellectual — a spiritual mentor to ten students” system

At the Faculty of Humanities and Physical Culture of Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, the “One Intellectual — Spiritual Mentor to Ten Students” system has been steadily implemented to support students' moral development and enhance their intellectual potential.

Respected professors and teachers of the faculty, who have academic degrees and rich life experience, are assigned to student groups, conducting regular moral and educational discussions, providing professional guidance, and engaging in developmental communication with them.

The mentors play an important role in increasing young people's interest in science and in developing their skills in independent thinking and scientific research. At each meeting, students are given practical recommendations on working on themselves and on qualities such as leadership, responsibility, and patriotism.
