Cooperation negotiations were held between Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute and Shenyang University of China.

"Peng Sheng" Uzbek-Chinese joint venture located in Syrdaryo district, representative of "Shenyang Chemical Technology" University located in Shengyang province of China f.d. Professor Yingpeng Xie and a group of professors and teachers visited.

As part of this visit, a meeting was held with the leadership of Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute and the delegation members of Shenyang University of China.

During the dialogue, proposals were made for training Chinese enterprises, establishing dual education, Chinese language teaching, and establishing cooperation between Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute and China's Shenyang University. It was agreed to cooperate on teaching Yish, Chinese and English languages, improving the qualifications of teachers and students.
