CONFERENCE

      Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute "On amendments and additions to some legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan in relation to the further improvement of the system of reliable protection of women and children's rights, freedoms and legal interests" A conference dedicated to the promotion of the essence of the Law No. RQ-829, the implementation of the Law in cooperation was held.

     At the conference, the chairman of Gulistan inter-district court on civil cases K. Namozov, the deputy head of the VIIB JXX XPB, lieutenant colonel G. Mirzabekova, the chief adviser on legal information of the Syrdarya regional justice department D. Umurzokova, the head of poverty alleviation and employment Department of State Labor Law Inspector V. Kudratov and psychologist of the regional branch of the Republican Center for Rehabilitation and Adaptation of Women F. Nazarova, GulDPI 1st vice-rector B. Tagayev, professors and students participated.

    Speakers who participated in the conference told students about the essence of this Law, i.e. the reliable protection of women and children's rights, freedoms, life and health, honor and value, legal interests from harassment and violence. gave detailed information and explanations. A video on the topic was shown.

    Also, the Law establishes administrative responsibility for committing indecent acts against minors in public places, violence, lewd acts and other negative situations.
