A training seminar was held on the topic "The role and role of tutors in the systematic implementation of spiritual-educational activities"

Regarding the execution of the 18th point of the plan of measures in the appendix of the order of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 351 dated August 9, 2023 "Systematic direction of work in the spiritual and educational direction The task of organizing educational seminars on the topic "The place and role of tutors in teaching" has been assigned.

Therefore, on October 6 of this year, at Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, head of the secretariat of the Council of People's Deputies of Sirdarya Region A. Abdurakhmanov, first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs B. Tagayev, secretary of the Council of the Institute H. Mavlankulov and a training seminar was held with the participation of tutors. During the seminar, the contents of the visits of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Federal Republic of Germany and Qatar were explained.

It was also emphasized that in the process of working with students, first of all, it is necessary to get to know them closely, have a sincere conversation and study their psychological condition.
