On June 2, 2023, at the Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, the "Cooking Championship" was held among students in the framework of "Values, Traditions, Traditions and Youth" by the initiative of the coordinators of the Youth Union Council.
Soup, one of the national dishes of the Uzbek people, is prepared in a unique way in each region. In the soup competition held between institute groups, the jury members evaluated the dishes based on taste, ripeness of rice, and decorating skills.
At the end of the competition, the organizers gave souvenirs to the winning teams.
