Students care for the institute's trees under the “Green Space” project
On May 5, 2026, U. Abdurakhmanov, a tutor at the Faculty of Pedagogy of the Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, organized large-scale landscaping and maintenance work among a group of students within the framework of the "Yashil Makon" nationwide project.
During the event, special attention was paid to the care of previously planted trees on the institute's territory, their irrigation, loosening of the base, and the creation of favorable conditions for growth. Additionally, the flower beds in the area were put in order, the flower beds were loosened, and work was carried out to remove weeds.
During these practical sessions, students actively participated and gained the necessary understanding of the importance of environmental protection, a loving attitude toward nature, and the expansion of green zones.
This event played a crucial role in fostering an ecological culture among the youth and engaging them in collective labor.
